Jana I am not following your menu for various reasons not least the time delay but I am enjoying some of the suggestions. I had cottage cheese and fruit for my snack today, yummy and I wouldn’t have thought of it myself. Thanks. It is so easy to get stuck in a rut and just trying a new combination is good and exciting.
