Banana-Walnut Shake

For Tuesday, enjoy my favorite quick breakfast.  In a blender, combine:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 oz. protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small handful of walnuts

Blend until well-mixed and enjoy!  If you want to add other fruits, like frozen strawberries, feel free!

This serves one person, so just double for two people, triple for three, etc.

    I couldn’t find the protein powder I wanted, so I used some tofu in this. I’ve never thought to add nuts to a shake before. It was like a liquid muffin! :)
